10+2 with Science background.

Trained in Laboratory Technology/ Phlebotomy/ 6 months certificate course in Laboratory Technology approved by WBSMF/ AICTE or DMLT/ BMLT course approved by WBSMF/ AICTE.

STLS – Degree with DMLT Course and Valid License

TBHV – Degree with Computer Operation Certificate
