Job description

HMT Limited which was earlier known as Hindustan Machine Tools Limited is a Public Sector Company of Government of India. The company is engaged in manufacturing of Industrial Machines and Tools and has six manufacturing units located in various parts of the country. A notification for recruitment to the posts of Executive Technical “B” is released by the HMT Kalamassery. Candidates having B.E. / B.Tech Degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Other Enginering Branches Can Apply for these posts. Detailed information are provided below.

Total Vacancy: 

Total vacancies are 04. (03 vacancies in Mechanical Engineering Discipline and 01 Vacancy in Civil Engineering Discipline).

Age Limit: 

30 years as on 01.03.2021. Age relaxation will be as per GoI Rules.

Educational Qualification: 

B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering) with minimum 60% and above marks from a recognized university in regular stream (50% for SC/ST).

Experience (If Any): 

One year apprentice training in HMT or from any other reputed organization or having any working experience from any manufacturing organization in relevant field.

Salary / Pay Scale: A consolidated remuneration of Rs.16,500/- pm and Rs.17,300/- pm during the first and the second year of engagement, respectively.

Selection Process: The selection is based on interview conducted from the shortlisted applications and all other categories will be based on the academic excellence, experience and marks obtained in the interview.
