Job description

HMT Limited is a PSU of Government of India. It works under the Ministry of Heavy industries and Public Enterprises of the Central Government. The company has invited applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to various Executive Cadre positions in Manufacturing, Engineering, Design, Marketing / Sales, Materials Management, Liaison, Finance, HR and Management Services. Total vacancies notified through this recruitment advertisement are 10 and the company is offering annual CTC of upto Rs. 13.37 Lakh to candidates selected through this recruitment. Total vacancies are 10. Functional are wise and post wise vacancy details are as under –

Salary / Pay Scale: Post wise annual CTC Details are as under –

• Assistant General Manager (PS VI): Rs. 29100-54500 (approx. CTC Rs.13.27 Lac p.a.)
• Manager (PS V): Rs. 24900-50500) (approx. CTC Rs.11.37 Lac p.a.)
• Dy. Manager (PS VI): Rs. 29100-54500) (approx. CTC Rs.13.27 Lac p.a.)
• Dy. Engineer / Officer (PS III): Rs. 16400-40500) (approx. CTC Rs. 7.45 Lac p.a.)

Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Any Other Engineering Branches OR MBA / MSW / CA / ICWA / CMA / Other Academic Degree Holders Eligible

Experience (If Any): 2-14 Years relevant experience is required.

Age Limit:

 The upper age limit is 44 years for AGM, 40 Years for Manager, 35 years for Dy. Manager, 30 years for Officer / Dy. Engineer. Relaxation in the upper age limit for reserved category candidates will be as per GoI Rules.

Selection Process: 

Selection will be made strictly on the basis of merit, past service record & performance in the interview.
