Education Qualification

| Dy. Chief Accounts Officer | B.Com. 1st Division plus Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant with a minimum of 5 years experience. Should have passed Matriculation standard examination of Punjabi Knowledge of MS Office is compulsory. |
| Senior Accounts Officer | B.Com. Ist Division plus Chartered Accountant with 2 years experience. Should have passed Matriculation standard examination of Punjabi B.Com. Ist Division plus ICWA with 2 years experience |
| Assistant Accounts Officer | M. Com with 03-year experience OR B.Com. with 09 years experience in Government cooperative institutions or reputed business houses. Should have passed Matriculation standard examination of Punjabi Knowledge of MS Office is compulsory. |
| Assistant Accountant | B.Com. (1st Division) should have passed at least one hundred and twenty-hour course with hands-on experience in the use of Personal computer or information technology in Office Productivity applications or Desktop Publishing Applications from a Government recognized institution or a reputed institution which is ISO 9001, certified. Age Limit (as on 01st January 2021)
- Candidates interested in the posts should be of age between 18- 37 years
- Upper Age Limit is 45 Years for the candidates already working in Punjab Government Sector.
- For SC/ ST candidates Upper Age Limit is extended to 5 years
- For Physically handicapped Upper Age Limit is extended to 10 years.
