Ministry of Defence has published a notification for Group C posts for ASC Units of 71 Sub Area, HQ Northern Command, Government of India, in the employment newspaper dated 22nd May to 28th May 2021. A total of 42 Group C vacancies has been announced for Civilian Motor Driver (Ordinary Grade), Vehicle Mechanic, Fireman, Labourer and Carpenter posts. The male candidates who are interested in the vacancies and fulfil the eligibility criteria as mentioned by the officials can apply within 21 days of the notice published i.e. before 11th June 2021. Ministry of Defence Group C Eligibility
Education Qualification
Civilian Motor Driver (Ordinary Grade): The candidate should have passed matriculation or equivalent from a recognised board. The candidate must possess the Civilian Driving licence for heavy vehicles and have two years experience of driving such vehicles.
For other posts: The candidate should have passed in 10th Standard or equivalent from a recognised board. The candidate should have experience of his trade
Age Limit
Civilian Motor Driver (Ordinary Grade):
- For UR: 18 to 27 years
- For SC/EWS: 18 to 32 years
For other posts:
- For UR: 18 to 25 years
- For OBC: 18 to 28 years
- For SC/ST: 18 to 30 years
