NHIDCL Recruitment 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Degree in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineering from recognized University/Institution for the post of General Manager (T/P), Deputy General Manager (T/P), and Manager (T/P).
• UG Degree from any recognized University/Institution for the post of Junior Manager (HR/Legal/Rajbhasha), and Assistant Manager(HR).
• Degree from any recognized University/Institution and must have passed Intermediate Examination of Chartered Accountancy and having experience in Law for the post of Deputy General Manager (Finance), Manager (Finance), and Manager (Legal).

Age Limit

The candidate’s upper age limit must not be more than 61 years.

NHIDCL Recruitment Selection Process

• The shortlisting of the candidates will be done on the basis of their educational qualification, age limit, and post-qualification experience.
• The shortlisted candidates will be contacted through e-mail or SMS and will be called for the Interview round.

NHIDCL Recruitment Salary Structure

Selected candidates will be offered a salary of Rs. 29,300/- to Rs. 66,100/- per month.
