Advisor: 1 Posts

• Qualification: Doctorate in Business Management/ Social Science/ Social Work/ Human Resource Management or any relevant discipline, with relevant experience. Minimum of 15 years’ of experience in a corporate/ PSU/ autonomous/ government/ statutory organization, with at least 3 years in heading/leading large training & education Institute/ corporate Academy/ corporate learning & development function/ professional education academy of repute.
• Salary Details: Rs. 75000/- Per month
• Age Limit: 55 years

Chief Consultant: 1 Posts

• Qualification: Doctorate in Business Management, Social Science/Social Work, Human Resource Management, or any relevant discipline with relevant experience. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a corporate/ PSU/ autonomous/ government/ statutory organization, with experience in skill development, training &education Institute/organization/ corporate academy/corporate learning & development function/ professional education academy of repute.
• Salary Details: Rs. 75000/- Per month
• Age Limit: 40 to50 years

Senior Consultant: 2 Posts

• Qualification: Relaxable for Government servants upto 5 years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Central Government. 05 years age relaxation for the employees of the Institute.
• Salary Details: Rs. 56000/- Per month
• Age Limit: 42 years

Consultant: 4 Posts

• Qualification: Relaxable for Government servants upto 5 years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Central Government. 05 years age relaxation for the employees of the Institute.
• Salary Details: Rs. 51000/- Per month
• Age Limit: 40 years
