WBPSC Recruitment 2021: West Bengal Public Service Commission (WBPSC) has invited online applications from the eligible candidates for recruitment to the Fishery Extension Officer posts on its official website on wbpsc.gov.in. on 12th February 2021. WBPSC Recruitment 2021: Eligibility Criteria

Education Qualification

(a) Must have Four Year Bachelor’s Degree in Fishery Science from a recognized University.
(b) Must have knowledge of Fisheries, Aquaculture, Aquatic Resources and Fishing Harbour in West Bengal.
(c) Must be able to read and write Bengali or Nepali

Age Limit (as on 01/01/2021)

The candidate should not be more than 39 years on 01.01.2021. Upper age limit shall be relaxable for persons holding a substantive appointment under the Govt. of West Bengal or Govt. of India and also for exceptionally well qualified and experienced candidates.

Application Fees

The candidate has to pay the application fee of Rs. 160/-

• For online payment through debit/credit cards: Convenience fee @ 1% of the examination fee subject to a minimum of Rs. 5/- (Rupees Five) only plus 18% G.S.T. on such convenience fee.
• For online payment using net banking facility: Convenience fee of Rs. 5/- (Rupees Five) only plus 18% G.S.T. on such convenience fee.
• For offline payment through Bank Counter: Service Charge of Rs. 20/- (Rupees Twenty) only
• S.C./S.T. candidates of West Bengal and Persons with disabilities (P.W.D.) having physical disability of 40% and above are not required to pay any fee
